From first contact to follow-up after return, every step is coordinated

Remote consultation

Via the website/email, send both partners’ basic reports (AMH, hormone panel, ultrasound, semen analysis, karyotype, infectious screening); the hospital assesses remotely and drafts a preliminary plan.

Visa & trip preparation

Confirm entry policy; book refundable flights and accommodation.

First trip to Georgia · consultation

Arrive in Tbilisi, airport pickup, hospital consultation and re-check, sign informed consent.

Stimulation

Stimulation starts on days 1–3 of the cycle; 3–4 ultrasounds monitor follicle growth.

Trigger & egg/sperm retrieval

Trigger shot; egg retrieval ~36h later (general anesthesia, ~15–20 min); sperm collected the same time.

Fertilization & blastocyst culture

IVF/ICSI fertilization; blastocyst culture 5–6 days.

PGT screening (optional)

Embryo biopsy sent for testing; results in 7–14 days (you may return home meanwhile).

Second trip · embryo transfer

After endometrial readiness, transfer a healthy blastocyst; stay 1–2 days.

Pregnancy test & care

Are you a hospital?▾

Universe Fertility is the official Chinese-language service brand and website of the Universe Center for Reproductive Medicine (Universe) in Georgia, for Chinese families. Medical diagnosis and treatment are performed by Universe hospital and its licensed physicians. We provide Chinese-language information, process support and travel coordination to help Chinese families connect with the hospital more smoothly. We do not replace the physician’s judgment and promise no treatment outcome.

Is consultation charged?▾

The first consultation is free — call the hotline or add the advisor on WeChat. For deeper services, we state the scope and cost clearly before starting.

What documents are needed for Georgia?▾

Usually a passport and visa; some institutions need a marriage certificate. The exact checklist is provided during planning.

How long does the whole process take?▾

It varies by individual plan. A common full cycle needs about 2–4 weeks in Georgia; the exact schedule follows the physician’s plan.

Is my privacy protected?▾

Yes. Client data is used only for service communication; we have internal confidentiality rules and do not disclose to unrelated third parties.
