   Remote consultation

   Via the website/email, send both partners’ basic reports (AMH, hormone panel, ultrasound, semen analysis, karyotype, infectious screening); the hospital assesses remotely and drafts a preliminary plan.

   Visa & trip preparation

   Confirm entry policy; book refundable flights and accommodation.

3. 3

   First trip to Georgia · consultation

   Arrive in Tbilisi, airport pickup, hospital consultation and re-check, sign informed consent.

4. 4

   Stimulation

   Stimulation starts on days 1–3 of the cycle; 3–4 ultrasounds monitor follicle growth.

5. 5

   Trigger & egg/sperm retrieval

   Trigger shot; egg retrieval ~36h later (general anesthesia, ~15–20 min); sperm collected the same time.

6. 6

   Fertilization & blastocyst culture

   IVF/ICSI fertilization; blastocyst culture 5–6 days.

7. 7

   PGT screening (optional)

   Embryo biopsy sent for testing; results in 7–14 days (you may return home meanwhile).

   Second trip · embryo transfer

   After endometrial readiness, transfer a healthy blastocyst; stay 1–2 days.

   Pregnancy test & care

   10–14 days after transfer, blood HCG; if positive, follow-up care as advised.

    Return & follow-up

    Prenatal care in China from week 12; birth certificate/return documents (surrogacy per Georgia law). Total ~45–60 days (1–2 trips, 20–30 days each).
