PGT (incl. PGD / PGS) screens or diagnoses genetics before transfer.
What is PGT
Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT, including PGD and PGS/PGT-A/PGT-SR) screens or diagnoses the embryo genetically before transfer, helping select a transferable embryo. Some tests use NGS.
Three types
PGT-A: aneuploidy screening, often relevant for advanced maternal age or recurrent loss
PGT-M: single-gene disorder testing, for families with a known pathogenic variant
PGT-SR: structural rearrangement testing
Note
Whether and which type suit you is decided by the physician based on history and tests. We provide education and coordination, not guaranteed results.
PROCESS · Full journey
From first consultation to post-return follow-up
We advance step by step, with clear deliverables at each stage
1
Remote consultation
Via the website/email, send both partners’ basic reports (AMH, hormone panel, ultrasound, semen analysis, karyotype, infectious screening); the hospital assesses remotely and drafts a preliminary plan.
2
Visa & trip preparation
Confirm entry policy; book refundable flights and accommodation.
3
First trip to Georgia · consultation
Arrive in Tbilisi, airport pickup, hospital consultation and re-check, sign informed consent.
4
Stimulation
Stimulation starts on days 1–3 of the cycle; 3–4 ultrasounds monitor follicle growth.
5
Trigger & egg/sperm retrieval
Trigger shot; egg retrieval ~36h later (general anesthesia, ~15–20 min); sperm collected the same time.
