Who we are

The Universe Center for Reproductive Medicine ("Universe") is a fertility and infertility hospital in Tbilisi, Georgia. As one of the most innovative reproductive centers in the South Caucasus, it is trusted by local and international patients and is among the largest of its kind in Georgia and the post-Soviet region. It combines clinical care, research and teaching, and is a clinical base of Tbilisi State Medical University’s OB/GYN residency and doctoral programs, and a member of ESHRE.

Overview

Founded in 2007 (formerly the "Embriotox" IVF department), over nearly two decades it has become one of Georgia’s largest and leading fertility specialty institutions, with a strong reputation across the post-Soviet region.

Its mission: prevent, precisely diagnose early and fully treat reproductive disorders — with one goal only: a healthy baby.

Its feature is life-cycle continuity of care: from pre-pregnancy to delivery, both partners complete all steps in one building (childhood to menopause) — a "both-partner, full-process, one-stop" model rare in Georgia and worldwide.

It also values research and teaching: experts join studies, guideline work and international conferences; as a Tbilisi State Medical University base it trains OB/GYN residents and PhDs. Its clinical and research focus is immunological infertility.

On success rates

Georgia’s overall ART success is at an international level, and Universe is among its top centers. Success varies widely by age, health and plan; we provide and promise no specific numbers.

Our role

Universe Fertility is the official Chinese-language service brand and website of Universe hospital for Chinese families. Diagnosis and treatment are by Universe’s licensed physicians; we provide Chinese-language information, process support and travel coordination. We do not replace the physician’s judgment and promise no treatment outcome.
